And what a Sunday it was. It finally feels like Fall to me, and that’s because FOOTBALL. Football season is my favorite time of the year, and what I spent my entire day doing. That’s the perfect Sunday, right? It’s like, here’s an all-day activity that you can participate in, and which will rid you of any guilt associated with not going out and doing something instagram-worthy.
I hope you all had a wonderful day and feel rested and ready to take on the week. I’m rested, but am not sure I’m ready for Monday. I’m pretty sure it’s coming anyway. Monday’s are jerks like that.
Here’s what I found particularly distracting on the internet this week:
- All the fancy drinks!
- September is Alzheimer’s awareness month. This video is a beautiful and touching look into the depths of this disease, how it changes the people afflicted, and how it affects those who love them. Warning: you’ll cry.
- Well this youtube channel is addicting. All I want to do now is rock a perfect cat-eye.
- Tonight I had dinner with my sweet cousin. She wrote, directed, and produced a short film called Send in the Clowns. I saw it tonight–it’s incredible. She’s in the process of submitting it to festivals and fundraising for said costs. Check it out–she’s pretty spectacular.
- Why are cats so wiggly? (I can’t stop watching that last one.)
Have a good week, friends!
