List: Autumn Recipe Round-Up

Looking for something warm, cozy, and hearty to fill your dinner table as of late?  I am too, and I fully blame it on the weather and the colors of the trees.  I’m fully immersed in Soup Season and thought I’d share some of my favorite Fall Recipes so you can spice up your weekly dinner rotation too!

Roasted Sausages with Sweet Potatoes, Fennel, and Onion.  A one-pan dinner that is easy and delicious.

Wholesome Pumpkin Loaf with Chocolate Chips.  Because, pumpkin.

Flaky Apple Galette with Spiced Crumble.  Trust me, if I can make this pie, you can make this pie.

Slow Cooker Barbacoa Beef.  This recipe is already being repeated in my kitchen, and you know how big of a deal that is.

Individual Goat Cheese Mac and Cheese.  Individual means you don’t have to share.

Homemade Classic Chicken Soup.  This soup is like a big hug.  You’ll love it.

Oven-Baked Coney Islands with Homemade Chili.  It’s like chili dogs, but baked in a cheesy casserole.

Skillet Roasted Chicken with Potatoes.  This roast chicken recipe is no-fail.

Slow Cooker Balsamic Barbecue Chicken.  Another easy slow cooker recipe, another favorite of mine.

The Easiest Skillet Lasagna.  All the comfort of lasagna, none of the time.

Stuffed Pizza Rolls.  Easy, fun and delicious.  Buy pre-made dough as a short cut.

Delightfully Creamy Tomato Bisque.  With grilled cheese?  Come on.

Creamy Spinach Soup.  Again, with grilled cheese!  Grilled cheese all the time.

Parmigiano e Pepe with Sausage and Broccolini.  This pasta is hearty and maybe a little sinful, but so, so worth it.

Hot and Sour Soup.  You may need to get a few ingredients for your pantry for this one, but don’t let that scare you.

Spinach and Artichoke Lasagna with Chicken.  I’ve heard rave reviews about this one, and I’m not a bit surprised.

Three Cheese Tortellini in Mushroom Broth.  The broth is what makes this one, surprisingly.  It’s deep and complex and I want some right now.

White Bean and Potato Soup.  This tastes super rich but is actually very healthy.

Vegetable Enchilada Bake.  Vegetarian and you’d never know it.

And the tour de force, the dish my Autumn dreams are made of….

Baked Pumpkin Shells and Cheese.  I’ve been counting down the days until I could make this one again.  Middle of October is the perfect time.

Any one of these recipes will brighten your Fall table.  I hope you enjoy them!
